The Canada Square Collection
A piece of history rediscovered
Photographs thought lost forever were recently rediscovered by photographer, Tony Brien.
Tony acted as the sole photographer of the construction of Canary Wharf in 1990 and captured these images of the iconic pyramid being lowered onto the renowned skyscraper at One Canada Square. The jewel in the crown of London's newly developed Docklands. A new financial hub was born and London's skyline reshaped for a new era.
These photographs have now been lovingly reproduced as a limited run of signed prints.
"I was waiting in the wind, hanging in this bucket at 850ft, effectively, with every camera you could shake a stick at.” -
